Our Security team patrols and monitors Galeries de la Capitale and its parking facilities 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.
The Security office is located in the shopping centre, near Entrance B.

Family Washroom – Galeries de la Capitale offers 3 family washrooms equipped with change tables. View on map.
Nursing Room – For your convenience, the centre has 3 nursing rooms. View on map.
Phone Charging
We don’t have any phone charging stations in the centre.
Auto Aid Services
Our security team can provide helpful auto services including battery boosts and assistance with flat-tires. Personal escorts to your vehicle are also available. For more details, call Security at 418-627-5804.

Strollers/Smart Cart
Strollers and carts cannot be rented at the Guest Experience desk.
Wifi In Mall
Galeries de la Capitale offers complimentary Wifi to guests visiting the shopping centre. Please connect to the network, Wi-Fi Galeries.
To gain access to the network, users will be kindly asked to provide their email address and postal code, as well as acknowledge the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement. Alternatively, users can also be granted access to the network by signing-in in with your Facebook account.
Pet Policy
For the safety and comfort of all, the presence of pets, with the exception of animals accredited for assistance, is prohibited in the mall.
